He obtained a Ph.D degree from Nanjing University in 2008. From 2019 to 2020, he was a visiting scholar fellow in University of California Santa Cruz (UCSC)

Our research interests focus on nano-chemistry and electrochemical energy storage. First, we focus on the synthesis of functional nanomaterials with novel structure using simple and green method and achieve the large scale preparation of uniform and repeatable functional nanomaterials. Then, we focus on the investigation of electrochemical property of functional nanomaterials including electrochemical energy storage, catalysis and sensor.

In all, we try to achieve the controllable synthesis of a series of 2D porous materials and provide theoretical and experimental base for electrochemical energy storage and conversion.
